Scotlandyard is committed to developing officers to their fullest capacity. It encourages longevity and continued on-the-job preparedness. Scotlandyard achieves this by extensive training programs that begin with an initial orientation, classroom, site-specific and personnel readiness training.
We also believe very strongly in the proper training of our security officers. To this purpose, we have our own training division, which follows state and federal gove rnment standards. Our officers will be trained in the use of the latest equipment and techniques available in the industry today.
